My association with MNDSA is something that means a great deal to me.
Through my time on the MNDSA Board I’ve had the privilege of seeing firsthand both the devastating impact MND has on individuals and families, and the extraordinary difference the right support can make.
MND is a cruel and relentless disease. For those diagnosed and the people who love and care for them, life can change incredibly quickly. MNDSA is there throughout that journey. We provide specialist support, practical assistance, equipment, advocacy, education and, most importantly, foster a community that understands what families are facing. That’s why this year I’m taking part in the Walk to Defeat MND.
For me, the Walk is much more than completing a few kilometres. It’s about standing alongside the people living with MND today, remembering those we’ve lost, supporting their families and helping MNDSA continue its vital work across South Australia.
I’ve set myself a fundraising target of $1,000, and I’d genuinely appreciate your support. Every donation, large or small, helps MNDSA continue to be there when South Australian families need them most.
Thank you for helping me make every step count. 💙
